Fishy Toyota Highlander at Dataran Sunway 8/11/12

I was about to drive my car from a parking lot at Dataran Sunway near Al-Rajhi when suddenly a black heavily tinted Toyota Highlander parked right in front of me. I suspected something amiss as the car blocked me. Luckily, a passerby was walking and i asked for his help. He helped me by knocking the windscreen of that car asking him to move. The car still did not move and after few minutes it sped off. Thank you Mr Passserby.
