Last night seemed like it was just another normal night, but it didn't turn out like that at all! Instead I witnessed something so heartbreaking and it’s so close to home.
It all started when I joined two of my friends for dinner at the City Star restaurant in Aman Suria. It is just a few doors away from the famous Wong Poh Restaurant.
As we were leaving the restaurant at about 9.45 pm and walking to our car, we saw a bunch of people gathering in front of one shop. All the shops were pretty much closed at that time so we found it to be quite odd. One of my friends thought maybe it was a tuition center, so parents were picking up their children. But as we walked closer to get to our car, there were no children in sight so it couldn't be a tuition center. Then suddenly we saw a girl curled up on the floor crying. Everyone was just surrounding her and talking amongst themselves.
