Open Burning and No One Stop Them

This photo taken from PJS 5/12 taman desaria flat . This open burning started from 7/8/13 till today. Few report launched to Alam Sekitar by me and some of my neighbour but no action taken.
We called to complaint to Alam Sekitar almost everyday. Pls help to solve this problem.
