Just wanna post to alert ppl who live around pj ss2 area.
While my bf just about to drive his car to work, it just park right outside my house at ss2 area, then found out his power window was open, and some scratches beside the door.
Luckily he didn't put valuable things inside, just lost his battery bank and some cash (notes n coins). I think the thief was in a rush because the smart tag was still there.
I was afraid is the same gang who did the snatch cases around ss2 area. Please beware not to put any valuable things or begs inside.

My car has been broken into at Kiara Park; i suspect that they are using a remote control Alarm device ; as while i was parking two cars to the right and left side of mine had their alarm triggered.
The incident happened between 7.30 - 9.00 despite the many sunday strollers ... i think malaysia is getting not safe.... and it is sad. Let's all be vigilant ...

28 Jan 2012 (Mon) Happy Garden, Kuchai Lama
A
spate of incidents at my home in Happy Garden, Kuchai Lama in the last 3
months have left my family and I having absolutely no doubts that with
the exception of our politicians and VIPS who have their coterie of
bodyguards & entourage & living in LaLa Land, no one in Malaysia
is safe from crime.
1st incident was around midnight in mid-November when the perpetrator(s) managed to open the sliding grilles to my house, but the alarm sent them packing. Nothing was taken. 2nd incident was around 4am in mid-December, this time the perp prised open the downstairs window & even took out some screws from the grille in an attempt to get in. Again, the bugger made a run when the alarm went off. A report was lodged this time and mention was also made of the 1st incident.
3rd incident was this past Saturday at around 9am (anytime is a good time it seems). No one was in at that time. The perp(s) prised open the wooden gate and also picked open one of the clamp & lock to the sliding grille. The alarm saved the day again but this time, a neighbor saw 3 Chinese in their early 30's leaving in a dark color BMW bearing registration WTW 68. Police report was lodged and the registration number proved to be false.
4th incident happened probably just before dawn on Monday when the perp(s) broke the left side front & rear windows to my car which was parked in the porch. There are signs of forced entry on the car but they left without taking anything form the car. They could have been trying to steal the car of may have been looking for the house keys. A report was lodged as well.
Except for a brief visit by the I/O after the 1st report, no copper bothered to come by the house to follow up in the other incidents. Too busy going after opposition politicians & students I suppose...
Stay safe & be alert always!!

Cheras Break In - 25/1/13
shared by Lis Chia
Place: Taman Pertama Cheras ( neighbor's house )
Loss: Laptop, Wallet, Scirocco, 6 bottles hard liquor
Lady owner sent son to school in the raining morning and noticed a BMW parked near her house, she felt weird but didn't suspect anything. By the time she returned home maybe 20mins or so, she saw her son's scirocco was driven away, wondering where her son went so early morning. And the BMW was parked in front her house and sped off the moment she opened the auto gate. Once she entered the house compound, only to find out the gate was cut open and the house was broke into.

Tmn Megah / Around MienTien Foodcourt Crime Marathon Non Stop
shared by Matthew Liow
Recently, I was a victim of car break-in theft which happened at Ming Tien Foodcourt at Taman Megah on 28/11/12. Only a bag with non-valuable content was stolen. It was past midnight at that time, and also past heavy rain.
The theft broke the glass. If I had installed a motion sensor, the theft would activate t
he car alarm. The car alarm only work when someone try to force open a car door.
Made a police report at Kelana Jaya Police Station. People-in-uniforms were professional in their work. I overheard that he called two of his colleagues-on-petrol to check the area. And they took a photo of the broken glass. Also did a friendly chat with police there. Really nice people.
I was hesitate not to report to police since non-valuable items were stolen. I went instead just to make a report so that our government know what to do with the statistics.
