Hi Admin,
As I was on my way to work earlier, i saw this suspicious motorist in the middle (red helmet) trailing the family on the left bike. The lady on the left bike had a big handbag with her and I suspect these guys were trying to snatch it. They kept trailing this lady for quite a long time (she was holding tight to her bag) before i lost sight of them both. Not sure if those two guys are snatch thieves or not but I felt like sharing just for awareness.
