Suspicious Chap Driving Dangerously with Smashed Rear Window near LDP

Location: LDP after Puchong Toll

As I was traveling back from Puchong I saw this Nissan Sentra driving really crazily! Weaving in and out of cars like he was rushing somewhere, thankfully the traffic was quite slow, and I managed to caught up to him and to my surprise I saw this! *Picture*

It seemed to me like he was rushing cause he might stole the car! It is a Chinese guy driving wrecklessly as well!

Please share on my behalf! if anybody has filed for a stolen /missing car with number plate shown in picture.
