Modus: Put a mother's baby at risk, then steal her bag

Split seconds snatch thief.
Jz witnessed a snatch thief at Dataran Mentari shops area. A black woman with her baby on a pram was pushed down and her bag wad snatched. It happened so fast that nobody could react and respond. She didnt fight back as her concernvwas her baby who fell off the pram to the road. Seriously heartless bastards.. culprits on EX motorbike couldnt see the plate number. So thankful nearby Clinic A.Mohan, Dr.Mohan gave her child & her a free treatment as both mother & baby had minor injury & bleeding due to fall. How do we catch this bastards & kill them? Angry to the max!!! -Thanu-
