Suspicious Biker near Sunway Damansara

Photo: Suspicious Biker near Sunway Damansara 14/8/13 shared by BK Hi, This just happened outside my office at PJU 3/49, Sunway Technology Park, Sunway Damansara. A guy on a motorbike rode through the street slowly and stopped a few times to jot down something on a notepad. It seemed like he was recording all the car plate numbers. What could he be up to? I only managed to snap a photo when he stopped a little further away. BK
