Snatch Thief SS2 - 27/11/12

Just saw a snatch theft at Jalan SS2/67 again. Between Eu Yan Sang and BHP. Around 2.15pm. Motorcyclist in black and blue GIVI jacket. Couldn't see the number plate myself, but another passer by said that the plate read 757. Police have been alerted.
