saw 2 foreign / dark skin guy dashing away on a bike with some fluffy dog, small size, look like they just grab it or maybe they found it, not too sure. they look like foreign worker, a bit suspicious 2 men riding bike with a dog and i am not saying its wrong but just ...suspicious
