My parents got pick pocketed by a group of young men on the escalator by the underpass between IPC and the Curve 45 mins ago. They were sandwiched between 2 men in front and 2 men behind. Nearing the top of the escalator one of the men pretended to "shiver" violently and my old folks were worried. Unbeknownst to them that was planned. My dad found his backpack opened (nothing missing) and his cash in his pocket gone. The men made a u-turn at the top of the escalator back down. This is the escalator beside McD @ the Curve. Please be careful when u r there and be wary when you see a group of young men around the escalator. My parents were marked because in retrospect my dad remembered that they were hanging around there until my parents got onto the escalator.
