Smash & Grab near Jln Templer / Assunta

Just witnessed motorcyclist 2 guys, thin, full helmets, smash windscreen and grab handbag along Jalan Templer after Assunta Hosp. Red color motorcycle, no. number plate in front, at the back plate number not very clear, but looks like WXL 905. All drivers please be alert. Road so jammed cannot chase. Wrote down and gave the number to poor lady driver still in shock. She is going to police station to make report.
