S14 Gold Chain Snatcher

Two weeks ago my gold chain was snatch in sec 14, just outside bakers
cottage. Another case: last week my opposite neighbor got robbed right
in front of their house. 6.30am,
3 guys came in car, smash the windscreen and took a bag. This is at sec 22/34A. Beware!!
