Witnessed a snatch thief just 10ft from my car along the busy road of 1Utama old wing. 1 young Malay went to another Malay male shopper with a baby girl in a stroller. Surprised him from the back while attending to his baby, kicked his butt and snatch his necklace. Accomplice in a motorcycle waiting. Happened within less than a minute. Just Becareful all, while walking on opened streets. These are ruthless S.O.Bs
