6 yrs old boy fell while playing here...sad story
With
18 storeys in each block, every floor have their fair share of rusted
iron railings. Since two years ago, the danger and their plight have
been raised to the authorities but no one cared. The willful negligence
of the authorities claimed the life of a 6 year old boy Thinasraj on
Friday 21-6-2013. Playing near the railings, the rusted beam gave way.
