PJ Community Alert shared Kuan Chee Heng's status.
Suspect
robbed 6 victims inclusive of 2 coffees shops and slashed 1 Chinese
lady this morning at 6am.30/5/13. Quick action by police arrested him
and now he is in lock up. He also slashed a Myanmar worker but he was
slightly injured as his belt block the cut. R we going to sayang and
give him all human rights while in lock up when he showed no mercy in
slashing his victims? He is only 19.and he will sure be given bail in a
few days time by the Court
